Client Engagement Process

Tell Us What You Want Done By Us

As a primordial rule, we state at the outset that we don't take on a client if we are less than sure that we can deliver what the client wants. Hence, we begin the process by asking a potential client to tell us what they need vis-a-vis our services. 

Let Us Ask You Some Indispensable Questions

  1. What is the exact nature of the service you want us to deliver?
  2. Do you want us to provide the service or do you want to hire your own employees through us?
  3. What kind of service availability do you wish to have: 24/7, 12/7, 8/7, 8/5, your business hours? You can create your own service availability profile.
  4. Are you looking to engage us on a project basis? If yes, please give us a basic outline for the project: objectives; scope, key performance targets, timeline and duration, resource requirements, et cetera. 
  5. Are you putting up a new service for your customers or just covering an existing service in terms of scope, availability, and the like?
  6. If you are covering an existing service, tell us how that service is delivered currently to your customers.
  7. Do you want us to copy this existing service's delivery method or build on it to improve service delivery as a whole?
  8. Describe to us your service deliverables, the key performance areas, performance indices, and you other expectations.


These are but a few of the questions we want answers to before we can offer you a service proposal that responds to your needs. If, after a review of your service requirements, we can conclude that we can deliver your service needs to our and your satisfaction, then we will present you with a service proposal. Otherwise, we will politely decline but still thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve your business needs.
